Coconut bricks washed and individually wrapped. In addition to its many benefits, it is cheap and environmentally friendly because it is quickly recycled and is available in large quantities as a by-product of the food and cosmetics industry. It has excellent water retention and air permeability, while allowing excess water to pass through. Its airiness makes it ideal for root development, which makes it the perfect choice for seedling production. It can absorb 7-8 times the weight of coconut fibre in water, has a neutral pH and an EC value of less than 0.5. Other advantages: slow decomposition, sterile, easy to rewet. Much more durable than peat, with a more stable structure. Coconut fibre can be used in most soil cultivation methods (passive hydroponic systems and also for cultivation in soil), as a sole medium or to enrich soil mixtures. Its beneficial properties can also be exploited as a separate aquifer. It can also be used in organic farming.

* Buffering solutions are specifically designed to replenish calcium and magnesium. After buffering, the coconut bricks are considered equivalent to our buffered coconut products, so any coconut food can be used with them! The CANNA COGr Buffer Agent nutrient solution has been specially developed for this purpose: to prepare and pre-treat the growing medium. It contains pH stabilizers, silicon, humic and fulvic acids to infuse and replenish the medium with nutrients. Therefore, the coconut brine must be treated with such a solution prior to use.
