Our webshop will send you a notification e-mail on the day we hand over your package to the courier service, so please provide a contact where we can reach you. You can choose Collect on Delivery payment method, which means you can pay with cash or debit/credit card for the courier when your package is delivered.

If you do not want to pay on receipt, choose the online payment with debit/credit card method, that you can select when placing your order.

 

Delivery to GLS PackagePoint (Hungary only):

In this case GLS delivers the package to the PackagePoint of your choice. You can choose the PackagePoint when ordering. If you choose delivery to GLS PackagePoint, please select one of the 800 points in more than 270 settlements where you would like to receive your package. GLS PackagePoints are mostly located at frequented places like gas stations and malls.

Shipping time:

Orders received before 10 a.m. on business days will be processed and handed over to the courier service on the same day (only for COD packages, after telephone consultation).

Orders received after 10 a.m. on business days will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and handed over to the courier service on the next business day.

We do not deliver on weekends, there is an exception in case of a business day is transferred to the weekend.

Shipping time during holiday period: Orders collected during this period may take several days to process, but in this case we will inform you during the order.

 

Frequently Asked Questions with home delivery by GLS:

When will the delivery take place?

GLS courier service delivers packages every weekday (Monday to Friday) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On the morning of delivery day, you will receive an e-mail and a text message (only for mobile phone numbers on Hungarian network) with the package number and the 3 hour interval of delivery time. You will be informed to change the delivery time and address if you want.
 

Can I assign a specific time of delivery? (e.g. Monday, 3:23 p.m.)

You can specify a day of course (type it into the notice box when ordering), but you can not assign a specific time.
 

What happens if the courier comes when I am not home?

Since the courier service’s goal is also to deliver the product to the customer as quickly as possible, courier will make every effort to make it happen! If you are not at home, courier may call you on the phone (we cannot guarantee that). But courier service will try to deliver you the package two more times at different times.
 

If there are any other important notes for delivery, where should I note them?

If you have any information that makes things easier for both of you and the courier, let us know! Is something else written on the doorbell, or has your doorbell just gone bad, or is the entrance somewhere else? Where should you note that? When you place your order in our webshop, you can also provide text instructions in the notice box during the purchase process. If you have any useful, important information, please enter it.
 

Can the courier call me half an hour before delivery?

Every courier handle hundreds of packages a day, so unfortunately there is no way to call you or announce their arrival in advance. Our experience is that usually the courier service vehicle does not start first to smaller settlements, so you they may connect you in advance at their own discretion, or according to the instructions of the local depot.

When are PackagePoints open?

PackagePoints are mostly open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can select the closest one from the drop-down list. Then you can find the exact opening hours on the page of the selected PackagePoint.
 

When can I go for my package?

GLS courier service will notify you via text message when your package has arrived to the selected PackagePoint. You can pick up the shipment at any time within 5 working days after the notification considering the opening hours of the selected PackagePoint. You can receive your package by presenting an identity document and referring to the package number. (It is not a condition of receipt to pick up the package under the name on the order. But recipients must identify themselves with an official document, because GLS system records the name of the recipient.)
 

How can I pay at PackagePoints?

Only cash payment is available at PackagePoints for COD orders.
