Recommended dose: 2-4 g per day. Preparation of an infusion: pour half a teaspoon of powder into half a liter of boiling water, stir, and then let it settle. Preparation of the decoction: pour the powder with cold water, bring to a boil, then let it settle after boiling for 10 minutes. This amount is enough for approx. 2-4 cups of tea. In order to dissolve the active ingredients most effectively, it is advisable to prepare it in the form of an infusion or decoction.
