Taragüi Energy Yerba Mate tea is a particularly strong mate tea, which is dried with hot air, so it is completely smoke-free. We recommend it primarily for athletes, but also for those who do any kind of intensive physical activity during the day. Its leaves are collected on the hottest days of the year, so as a result, the natural matein content can be up to 30% higher than in classic mate teas. Due to its elaborate type, it contains up to 35% stems, so we definitely recommend using a bombilla and a linen bag for drinking. Yerba mate is considered a tea that increases both physical and mental freshness. It should be stored in a dry, cool place, in a closed storage container.

Preparation
The simplest way to prepare it is as a regular tea. The most important thing is that the water used for mate tea should not be hotter than 80 °C. Yerba mate should not be poured with boiling water, as it will lose its positive properties and its taste will deteriorate.
