Canarias Yerba Mate tea combines the unique quality of canary grass with a delicate balance of herbs, is characterized by its clean and finely ground leaf and perfect taste. The leaves of the yerba mate tree used to make tea come from the Brazilian states of Santa Catarina, Paraná and Rio Grande Do Sul. Store in a closed container in a dry, cool place.

Preparation as a tea
The easiest way to make it is as a plain tea. The most important thing is that the water used for maté tea should not be hotter than 80°C. Do not boil yerba mate with boiling water, because it loses its positive properties and the quality of its taste also deteriorates. Preparation in the French press: for 1 liter approx. 12 g of yerba mate at 80 degrees approx. Soaked for 5 minutes.
