Description

Plagron Promix soil 50 l is the best mixture of carefully selected peat. The addition of different types of fibers results in a lightness and oxygen level that is a perfect medium for plants. It does not contain added nutrients. It contains different types of fiber, peat and earthworm fertilizer - all of which stimulate the growth of soil dwellers and activate organic fertilizers (which must be added from day one). When can I start adding nutrition when I'm growing with Promix?

You should start adding nutrition from the first day. Start off with Alga Grow and switch to Alga Bloom later. More information about dosage and type of basic nutrient can be found in our Grow Schedule.

Should I adjust the pH and EC values of my nutrient solution if i grow with Promix?

According to the 100% NATURAL Grow Style you don't have to regulate the pH and EC value of nutrient solutions when you combine Promix with Alga Grow and Alga Bloom.

Can I germinate seeds or create cuttings in Promix?

Yes, technically this is possible. However, the airiness of Promix will make it difficult for the seeds or cutlings to absorb moisture. Therefore they will not develop as well and less quickly. The fibers in Promix also may hinder the seeds when they are growing out of the soil. Therefore you should rather use our Seeding & Cutting soil.
