151/2003 on the mandatory warranty for certain durable consumer goods in the context of the consumer contract, adjusted to the gross sales price. (IX. 22.) Based on government decree, the warranty period:
a) one year in the case of a sale price of HUF 10,000 but not exceeding HUF 100,000,
b) two years in the case of a sale price exceeding HUF 100,000 but not exceeding HUF 250,000,
c) three years above the selling price of HUF 250,000. There is no warranty obligation for consumer goods under HUF 10,000.
