Preparation as a tea
The easiest way to make it is as a plain tea. The most important thing is that the water used for maté tea should not be hotter than 80°C. Do not boil yerba mate with boiling water, because it loses its positive properties and the quality of its taste also deteriorates. Preparation in the French press: for 1 liter approx. 12 g of yerba mate at 80 degrees approx. Soaked for 5 minutes
